Our shipping rates are based on the total cost of your order at checkout and will go up or down as you add more items to your cart. These rates will be the same no matter where you ask us to ship the item(s).
Will your DVDs and Blu-rays play in my region?
All of the DVDs and Blu-rays made by CFMDC are Region 0/Region Free and can be played in any DVD or Blu-ray player around the globe. However, some items in our shop are made by third parties and may be region coded. If you are worried about an item not playing in your machine, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
How do I request a replacement for my damaged DVD or Blu-ray?
If an item in your order is damaged when you receive it, please send an email to email@example.com and include the following information:
The name of the film(s)
The format (DVD/Blu-ray) of the damaged item(s)
The address where you would like us to send the replacement copy
We will arrange for the item to be sent back to us and then we will send a replacement copy as soon as possible.
Why do DVDs and Blu-rays from CFMDC often cost more than DVDs and Blu-rays from other retailers?
